1. 24 hour notice for any rescheduling/cancellation.

Why 24 hour notice? Because it helps us fill up the the last minute space..

2. Any no show will not be able to book again

I am very understanding with rescheduling even if it is last minute I will understand. I just don’t understand the ignoring me and not showing up without a warning.

3. 15 Minute grace period

You can’t be more then 15 minutes late to your appointment. The later you are the less time I have for you. I will not push back someone else’s schedule appointment because your are late. I always send a msg at the 4, 12 and 15 minute mark if I don’t hear anything back then your appointment is automatically canceled

4. is my fill a full set ?

If you come in with less then 40% of your lashes left then it will be considered a full set. Coming in with less then 40% of your lashes means you’re not taking good care of your lashes. If you still don’t know how to take care of your lashes please reach out!!

5. Can i bring a friend or my child?

This is dependable, I don’t mind if you bring someone as long as I have a warning. I will say no if my kids are with me, or if your kids are sick. I will also say no to a child if we are tight on time as they will delay us.

6. Foreign Fills

I do not do foreign fills anymore as I just don’t care to lash someone who isn’t going to be a regular client.
